WHAT IS PERMANENT COSMETIC MAKEUP?
Permanent cosmetic makeup is cosmetic tattooing. The specialized techniques used for permanent cosmetics are often referred to as micropigment implantation, Hairstroke, Microblading, Feathering, or Softtap Application. The cosmetic implantation technique deposits colored pigment into the upper reticular layer of the dermis. Whatever procedures are desired, permanent cosmetic makeup can create a polished, subtle, natural look. Because it is permanent many clients elect to have a natural look. After surgical procedures, clients can use permanent color techniques to camouflage scars, or to create the illusion of areolae and nipples after breast cancer and reconstructive surgery. Men may want permanent color to give the look of fuller eyebrows, to mask the effects of slight hair loss or to camouflage scars.
IS IT PAINFUL?

It is important to remember that the placement of the procedure is as important as the right color. The desired look is obtained during the course of the consultation and initial procedure. Interaction between the client and the technician should be of utmost importance.
